Students Collect Shoes For South Africa
Former Travel Team Member and Fellow Students Prepare DECA Project for State Competition
440 pairs of shoes were donated by Endeavour Elementary students in Issaquah as part of a DECA project run by Anjali Grutzius, who traveled to South Africa with Generation Joy last summer. Read the article here!
Camanga Before... and After!
We promised to keep you up to date on the school Generation Joy adopted. With funds donated by generous supporters, each student at Camanga received a new uniform, and the 2011 travel team painted the exterior of the school. Future improvements will include teacher training and the purchase of classroom equipment and supplies. See the before and after photos here!
